Lamination in Clean Room

For the lamination process, we rely on two clean rooms, provided by a company within our group. This is a crucial phase of the entire processing cycle that requires a strictly controlled environment in terms of temperature, humidity, and dust concentration in the atmosphere. Such conditions can only be replicated in dedicated clean rooms capable of ensuring a perfect-quality product.

After the lamination process, there is also the vacuum bagging phase, in which we place the mold inside a bag from which all air is removed to achieve optimal conditions before curing the carbon component.
